I’m kind of in search of an artist for the following animes/characters:
- Naruto/Boruto
- Dragonball
- Rukia (Bleach)
- Peni Parker (Marvel Rivals)

Budget I guess would be in the realm of maybe $100 at most? I have a strict criteria on commissioning though, so scoping out what’s here.

I like art that stays somewhat close to its source material. Strong linework, bold/vibrant coloring, clothes rendering, etc.
