Looking for 4–5 serious builders/founders for a space in Nizampura ( my assistant did try speaking to pierc but they didn't seem to care much)
Hey everyone, I’m currently running a startup in Vadodara, and I was told to post this here by a few Parul students I’ve worked with. The Situation: My startup is mostly remote, so I have a professional office space in Nizampura that I don't really use much. Instead of letting it sit empty, I want to utilize it by opening it up to 4–5 people who are serious about building and need a proper environment to get work done. The Space & Amenities: It’s a clean, minimalist setup designed for focus: Location: It is right beside a mall/massive multipurpose supermarket, so you have food, electronics, and essentials right downstairs. Tech: High-speed 5G Wi-Fi ,full AC & CCTV Vibe: A professional, distraction-free environment for intentional action. The "Zero Rent" Option: If the fees are too much for your current budget, I am offering a Zero-Rent option. The Grant: This is a merit-based grant for high-potential projects. The Perk: Shortlisted applicants who hit their milestones will also receive a branding package worth ₹30,000 to help your project look global when you launch. Eligibility: The specific criteria for this will be revealed to shortlisted applicants. Why am I doing this?
