I got approved for the membership in April but I haven’t been able to access the membership portal since then. After entering the login information, the screen will display ‘you have been signed out of your account’. I’ve had back and forth with the customer service team for more than a month and even sent them screen recording of the login process. They just keeps saying IT is still investigating but no solution yet. Anyone else had similar issue? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
