Looking for feedback on my planned OEM+ IS20 Alltrack build before I start getting shop estimates.

Goals are OEM-like reliability, quiet highway manners, factory ride height, 91-octane fuel, and still being usable on gravel/forestry roads for backcountry camping. Not trying to build a max-power car.

Anything I’m missing for reliability, drivability, or long-term ownership? Also interested in feedback from anyone running an IS20 Alltrack on 91.
