Hi everyone,

I’ll be moving to Pune soon for work in Yerawada area and am looking for either:

• a single occupancy room in a pre-occupied flat, or
• people interested in searching for a flat together.

Preferred areas:  Yerawada and places 5-7km to its radius.

Budget: Around 10k–16k depending on setup.

About me:

• Male, working professional
• Clean, quiet, non-smoker
• Respect personal space/boundaries
• Easygoing and responsible with shared spaces

I’ve honestly been struggling to find decent accommodation matching budget + location, so posting here in case anyone has leads or vacancies.
