Amy’s chili hacks?
Amy’s can chili is a decent base but it definitely could be elevated, but I a, not great with figuring out ratios and all that.
I am adding a can of fire roasted tomatoes, to double the servings. I add a little cumin and msg, but it is either not enough or too much. Still is kind of bland and I think the tomatoes are watering it down somewhat.
I have heard things like cocoa, maybe I need to lean into chipotle peppers?
Was hoping someone else out there had already out the work in to figuring out the best way to elevate it to a better than decent tasting bowl of chili.
