Estate agents

Hey again!
I’ve recently made a post, stirred a lot of conversation about how quick a mortgage can be accepted 😅

Following up on that, if I was to find another property that I like with no chain and offer, meaning I would have to pull out on this property if it was accepted would the estate agents treat me any differently
Or
Would it be weird if I view another property that is listed under them ( I’ve checked if other estate agents listed the property but they haven’t )
The estate agents manage most properties in the area so I will definitely most likely deal them again in the future if I plan to buy in the same area
My mortgage has been accepted but no solicitors instructed - they’re just not giving me any updates on the sellers situation and it’s not very reassuring as a first time buyer

Any advice would be appreciated thank you so much!

Mortgage

Hi All,
Me and my partner have found a house we loved, offered and it got accepted
We’ve now applied for a mortgage and it was accepted the same day within hours !! We are feeling over the moon however the day of putting our application in the estate agent had told us the sellers have lost out on the property they were supposed to buy

What are our next steps now? Should we still instruct the solicitor so they can start their searches or just wait it out- we’re just worried the sellers won’t end up finding a property or it would take ages for them to which is normal.. but I understand searches take ages as well
We haven’t signed any documentation or paid any deposit to the solicitors yet

Any advice appreciated thank you!
