I have a 2019 Macbook Pro, 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7. The battery health says normal. But, everytime I unplug, the laptop turns off, and battery goes to 0, even if it's 100% charged. I'm at a loss. I've done google searches, tried opening in recovery mode to reset some things, but, still, unplug, and it goes to 0. Any suggestions or fixes, before I go take it in somwhere?
