Sudden constant Spectrum WiFi issues

We’ve lived near the south lake shops for years and had Spectrum WiFi the entire time with next to no issues. Now in the last week it seems to go out for hours every day. just been told it will be out again until 8pm. What gives?

Toyota Corolla lease end and wanting to buy a Sienna

I am leasing a Toyota Corolla LE 2024, and the lease is set to end December 1st of this year, so in about 6 months. I am likely to go over the mileage slightly, where each extra mile costs $0.15. I’m at 31,000 miles now and the cap is 36,000 miles, but I’m unsure how much I’ll drive over the next 6 months since we are having our first baby this month and I won’t be commuting to work again until November.

Once the lease is up, I’d like to buy a new Toyota Sienna, since we will have a kid by then and want more room. Figure it might be best to just jump right into the mini-van life right away.

The Toyota lease retention department keep calling me to “discuss my options”, although I haven’t returned any calls yet. They also email regularly about ending the lease early and getting me into another lease at a better deal (lower monthly payment and more mileage).

What’s the best game plan here? Do I just return the Corolla to the dealership in November, or should I be doing something else like giving it back now, or buying it out and selling it? MSRP when I leased it was $23,065.

Hi all,

My wife and I are about to have our first baby and are looking to get a will and living trust drawn up. Should be simple - we just own a condo with a mortgage. I have made some inquiries and have been surprised by how expensive it is - $5,500 for a married couple.

Is this a normal price in Pasadena? Anyone have any recommendations of estate planning attorneys in Pasadena?

Thank you in advance.
