I got tattoos that I just hate and I want to cover them up and I just wanted to ask if this would work or if I need a couple laser round first

Got this tattoo in december and i really like the design but it is not perfect because I made the mistake of making it by an apprentice that does not Even work on this style of tattoos 🫣 What do yall think about this tattoo
