Hi everyone,

I’m currently applying for the UBC PharmD program and the final deadline for transcript submission is today, May 15th.

Unfortunately, due to some courier delays, my official transcript is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, May 16th.

I’m really stressed out because I don’t want to lose my eligibility over a 24-hour difference. I’ve already emailed the Admissions Office with my tracking number and uploaded an unofficial copy to the ASC, but I haven't heard back yet.

1. Has anyone been in a similar situation before?
2. Does UBC usually have a small grace period for documents, or are they super strict about the "arrival" date for the PharmD program?
3. Should I be worried about my application being disqualified?

Any insights or advice from current PharmD students or anyone who’s dealt with UBC Admissions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

How long does it usually take for an electronic transcript to be processed from the time of request until you receive it through MyCreds? If anyone could share their timeline or timestamps, I would really appreciate it!

I’m currently finishing up CHEM 217 and I’m in a bit of a time crunch. My lab kit is scheduled to arrive back at the AU lab tomorrow, and I know the final grade won’t be released until the return is officially confirmed.

For those who have taken this course (or other CHEM courses with home lab kits) recently:How long did it take for the lab to confirm receipt of your kit once it was delivered?

I have a very strict transcript deadline for a school application coming up, so I’m trying to gauge if I should be reaching out to the coordinator to expedite it, or if they’re usually pretty fast.

My exam was originally scheduled with ProctorU, but I’ve moved it to two days after the initial date. Do I need to submit a new request to Athabasca, or is everything good to go since this is within the 5-day window?
