My husband is Emirati and has guardianship over my 19 year old daughter. When I divorced him he let me have custody of my 15 year old but he retains guardianship of them both. As part of the custody he stipulated I cannot take my girls to the UK. I am from the UK but have a Emirati passport now. With the new majority law going from 21 to 18, can I now take my 19 year old to the UK without breaking any contracts
