Guys for the love of god don't act like this at MEPS.
I don't think this guy was air force, but should be applied all the same. I had to go back to MEPS today to get some minor medical procedure looked at in-person by the MEPS DR to get the all-clear (that's what the waiver people wanted, their doctor to make sure it was fully healed) and I was in the waiting area to see the Dr
They bring out the people who are shipping out that day from getting weighed-in, and I just hear one of the guys in line going "came in just at the right weight where RFK is happy, the brain worms are mad" and before anybody had time to say anything, THREE navy petty officers were in his face screaming at him and I'm like 99% sure he got DEP discharged and sent home since he was in the parking lot waiting when I was leaving. MEPS is not where you share your political opinion on either end, regardless anybody's stance on the aisle.
TLDR: Nobody wants to hear your politics while you're waiting to get your balls fondled by a barely qualified medical professional. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
