Looking for a specific scene/episode

Hello everyone! I’m trying to find a scene/episode that I remember vividly but I can’t find any trace of it on the internet and I almost feel like I dreamt it at this point (but I don’t think I did!) I’ve spent plenty of time scouring the web.

In my mind, the scene goes like this, Barney and Marshall are at a competition to keep your hand on a car to win it (Im aware multiple sitcoms have used that contest scene) and they last until the end, but they eventually decide to both take their hands off at the same time, then it reveals there was another guy on the other side of the car (unnamed character, like an extra.) Is this real or am I crazy? All help is appreciated even if you’re not sure either! Thanks!
