Stick with the ambers or get clears what do you guys think?

Pulled the valve cover off today to change the gasket, was wondering if anyone could take a look at this picture and tell me if they see anything glaringly wrong. Yes, I did remove the old gasket material that is still in there in the picture. I'm more so wondering about the overall condition of the engine etc.

Also, I had a valve cover bolt break so any advice on that would be greatly appreciated.
