Is the neptune 4 pro, known to be faulty????

I've only owned this printer for 4 months, it printed for 2 months fine then I started having problems, I bought extra parts for the extruder, a new gear for the extruder, along with a new Swiss hotend. And now I have to replace the ribbon cable , because its giving me a error code, because of the wire, and won't print at ALL! Idk about yall but I'm down to my last patience with this stupid machine.

Help please

My printer was printing just fine earlier, but now its like stuck after it finishedmy print, and I dunno what to do to fix it. I used to be able to move the gantry freely whenever I turned it off, but now the gantry is like stuck. And whenever I do autohome it says" endstop z still triggered after retracting". Please help Im not sure what to do to fix it.
