Hey everyone,

I'm really struggling with this system. I created an account this morning and tried to login this evening and got a message saying I couldn't get in, basically because I had logged in too much. It said to reset my password but it won't even send me an email with the link to reset.

What do I do? I'm panicking as my leave date is August 16th but if I can't log in I can't even attempt to find an appointment for my daughter or myself.
