My run today was supposed to be an “Easy run at a conversational pace. No faster than 9:45/mi.” However, every time I ran any slower than 9:45/mi, it would tell me to speed up. I’ve never had Runna tell me to run faster on an “easy run”before today. Was this just a glitch? I was a little peeved when it complained at the end that my 9:30/mi pace was faster than my target, when it had been prompting me repeatedly to speed up along the way.
