Advice needed B1/B2 visa POE Questions
Hello,
I am on H1B visa. I initially provided the letter of support when my brother and sister in law applied for tourist visa.
My brother recently was sent to the US by his company. He works in very niche area in hardware industry. He is not getting paid anything in US. He is here for a little over a month. He was asked a bunch of questions which he handled and was allowed to enter at SFO POE. Now his wife is traveling to the US just for a week for tourism. I am going to join them and we are exploring California for a week and then she will go back to India. She is going to stay at my brother’s hotel room. Any red flags or concerns at SFO POE in this scenario? Any letter/extra documents which might be asked? Should I provide a new letter just in case stating places we will be visiting, things we are going to do etc. Please share any information or similar experiences.
