AEMPS official complaint

Out of curiosity, has anyone here ever put in an official complaint against AEMPS?

I went on holiday to Spain, but before travelling I emailed AEMPS two months in advance asking for information on how to apply for a permit to bring my medication with me. I never received a reply, so I found the information online myself and sent all the relevant documents in for approval. I still never heard anything back from them.

I didn't want to risk taking my medication without the permit after reading on here about the guy who was caught without his letter, had his medication confiscated and was fined. Because of that, I decided not to take my medication with me and instead took co-codamol.

I had stopped taking co-codamol about three years ago when I started using medical cannabis because it gave me nightmares, constipation and made me feel slightly unwell. Unfortunately, all of those problems came back during the week I was taking it, and I was still in quite a bit of pain.

So I'm wondering whether it would be worth making an official complaint about the complete lack of communication from AEMPS, especially considering that this involved medication and people's health and wellbeing.

Has anyone here actually made a formal complaint to AEMPS, and if so, what was the outcome?

Medical canabis and tik tok

TikTok does not allow you to search for medical cannabis, and if you do, you receive a warning about drugs and alcohol. I believe this adds to the stigma surrounding medical cannabis, especially as many people use TikTok to find information and learn about health-related topics.

I had a thought that if enough people searched for medical cannabis and left feedback explaining why it should be allowed on TikTok, the platform might reconsider its policy. Allowing searches for medical cannabis could help reduce stigma, improve access to accurate information, and make it more accepted in society as a legitimate medical treatment.

I know it's a long shot, but if it works, I believe it would be a win for the medical cannabis community and for patients looking for support and information.
