I currently stay in a pg and would prefer to move into an independent house or flat which is already occupied by a female (since I'm also a girl would prefer to stay with a female flatmate)

Rent budget would be 10k to 12k

Would prefer a fully furnished place with all respective amenities.

I'd need it in a month or so since I'll have to inform them (the pg folks) in prior.

I have been wanting to try going to the gym for a very long time but since I'm more of an introvert I have not been able to do it till now. It would be really helpful if any of you fellow gym girls could help me out with getting a start at it (I'm a complete beginner when it comes to gyming).
