I need to have a good meditation session to even get into access concentration, and that's seldom. 😅

As in, is it possible to reap the same mental state / cognitive change in worldview without necessarily diving into mystical Buddhist cosmology elements?

Does the cycle of birth and death still exist? Maybe if another planet hosts life it'll continue to take place? What is considered life in the first place? What are the conditions that need to arise in order to be subject to Samsara?

Sorry if there's a lot of questions, I'm new to Buddhism.
