I've been learning manual for a couple of months now and feel like I understand it for the most part. However, I'm still struggling to figure out how to drive this thing fast. If you want to launch as fast as possible and say you approach red line in first gear, at what point are you supposed to shift? Are you just supposed to guess where the RPMs should be in the next gear when you shift?
