I’ve tried tapes and am on 1.4 during the second taoe from first section I somehow contacted a non human thing- it was saying something I couldn’t understand I panicked after watching him and ran back to waking up- I don’t think I exited by body.

I tried the 1.4 first time this morning and I felt my eyes opening up I again panicked and opened my real eyes to wake up while shouting.

Is it normal? If yes how did you overcome this?
