Starting young advice

I’m 20 years old and currently finishing my Fashion Business Management associates degree at FIT while working at a top-performing luxury women's retail store. Working in retail has made me really interested in customer experience, atmosphere, bringing women together, and why some spaces feel exciting while others feel boring/overdone.

I’ve been developing an idea for a more elevated/social salon concept geared toward women and I genuinely want to build it one day instead of just talking about it forever.

I’m already focused on saving, networking, and seriously building my business knowledge, so I think I’m more looking for advice on the next level of steps - things like pop-ups, mentorship, renting spaces, testing concepts, building community, etc.

Does anyone that's experienced building something creative from the ground up have any honest advice/tips?
