Pain for a little over a month in one breast.
I’m 38 years old. had my 4th baby 9 months ago. He’s the first of my kids that is exclusively breastfed . I went to my primary Dr twice for this pain. She did an Exam both times and says she didn’t feel anything. She didn’t want to send me for an ultrasound because she sure it’s breastfeeding related and muscle related. The breast with pain is very lumpy compared to my other breast. The pain does move around. But primarily on the top part of my breast, but sometimes it will be the inner or outer part of the breast or behind my nipple. A lot of the time the pain goes up my chest wall to my clavicle. And It can radiate to my underarm. The pain is achey and burning and a lot of the times constant. I cant help but worry daily about this. my health anxiety is bad. Years ago after getting a colonoscopy a tiny tiny tumor was found. it was rare and slow growing. they removed it and I didn’t need any follow-ups. I did get an colonoscopy a few months ago and all was fine. But after that happened my nerves have been so bad. I worry now a lot about health stuff. This breast pain is taking it over the top!
