We have just moved into a property near Guildford. There is an unlit pedestrian passage down the side of our house and garden which Surrey County Council have confirmed they have adopted. It is overgrown with weeds and hedging that is pushing our fencing down and providing places for rapscallions to hide. Does anyone have experience of attempting to prompt SCC into action? I realise they are not a personal, bespoke service but just wanted to get an idea of how responsive they are. Thanks.
