I have been using Berry law for the past year. My first claim they did last year was approved November 2025 and few days later sent me a bill to pay their percentage of the back pay I received. February 2026 I was approved for another claim and it’s been 3 months and I have not paid their percentage. I emailed my lawyer about it and she said she would get back with me but, it’s been 6 weeks. Is it possible the VA paid them automatically? I’m not seeing anything on my decision letter about it just that they were contacted. Does the VA ever pay them directly?
