Agents for rental evaluations/property management
Hey folks. Looking for some recommendations for real estate agents that have a property management branch for valuations for rental income as looking to change PPOR to investment prior to moving in with partner.
Not looking to sell. Just wanting advice whose easier to deal with. Reasonable fees etc.
