I want to get into competitive battling, but I am scared.
Hi everyone, I am 23 year old from the eastcoast of the US. I began playing pokemon as a 5 year old my first game was pokemkn BW. I since have been throughout my life been involved with Pokemon. I recently have collected over 100 shiny pokemon, but have since been really burnt out from shiny hunting, its a thrill but its high risk low reward. I love completed the pokedex and since wanted to branch out into competitive battling, after deciding not to become a lawyer and well choosing to work at target. I am really nervous about getting started. I dont know where to start, my game IQ kinda sucks, and well I don't know where to start but just want to improve. Any advice on where, how and when to get started. I hope to just learn from the ground up, and then over the next couple months get better and maybe even compete, and get wrecked lol.
