Free English comedy-ish event Sunday 18.10: PowerPoint karaoke at Beavers Pub (17:00)
Hey r/wien,
A friend and I are putting on a PowerPoint karaoke night and figured some of you might be into it. If you've never heard of it: volunteers get on stage and have to present a slideshow they've never seen before, 5 slides, zero prep, just improvise and try to survive. It usually turns into beautiful chaos.
It's completely free (you just buy your own drinks at the bar), fully in English, and very first-timer friendly. Nobody's judging, half the fun is watching people confidently bullshit their way through slides about topics they know nothing about.
Sunday, October 18, 5pm at Beavers Pub in the 5th district. Come watch, or put your name down if you're brave. No signup needed, just show up.
If you want, grab a free (optional) spot on Eventbrite so we have a rough headcount: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ppk-powerpoint-karaoke-night-tickets-2003175841867
(I couldn't find if there was a weekly events thread to post this in)
