Coping
How do you all cope with 24/7 T? I’ve had it for at least 25 years, probably longer. It seems to be getting worse as I age. Any advice/words of encouragement would be helpful. TIA

50y/o F. I have been experiencing tinnitus for probably 15-20 years. I believe it started as a side effect of Wellbutrin but I haven’t taken it for years and the ear ringing hasn’t abated, it actually seems to be getting worse. I have chronic daily migraine since 2003 that no meds or med combos have ever helped and the tinnitus might be making worse. What should I do? PCP doesn’t have any recommendations. TIA
