Does anyone know how to suspend only the Step 1-tagged cards in Anki? I would like to keep the cards that have both Step 1 and Step 2 tags, as well as the Step 2-only cards. Transitioning from Step 1 to Step 2 studying now. Also, is it even worth keeping the cards with both Step 1 and Step 2 tags, or should I just focus on the Step 2-only cards? Thank you!

I am trying to decide between Boards and Beyond and OnlineMedEd for video lectures. For those who have used either (or both), which one did you find more helpful? Also, are there any other video resources I am forgetting? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you.
