Looking for a 4:3 13-inch Screen

Hello, I'm planning my first build project using the Tex Shinobi, and I'm having trouble finding a 13-inch screen with a 4:3 aspect ratio. Where should I start looking?

This is how I use my ThinkPad JIS keyboard.

Hi! New here. Left hand for arrow keys, right hand for Trackpoint.

WASD + F13 = Arrow Keys
A / D + F13 + Alt = Back / Foward
W / S + F13 + Alt = Next Tab / Previous Tab

🌐︎ = Language Switch

[ 1 ] = Move to Top
[ 2 ] = Move to Bottom
⛶ = Span Both Screens

⇠ = Previous Desktop
⇢ = Next Desktop
⧉ = Task View
