I used to be highly active and I was working out, going to yoga and dancing everyday of the week. Now I have severe sciatica pain in my right leg, so bad I can barely walk, likely due to a herniated disc. Please give me your best recommendations for local chiropractors, orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, or other specialists I might be able to work with. (Or who to avoid, if you had a bad experience). Would especially love to hear from anyone who found relief from sciatica without surgery. Thanks!!
