Heard about that strike. We voted to send you guys some money. What do the companies want that you guys can't agree on?

I'm from another local in the states. We donated to support your guys' potential strike. We were cheering for you! Good job. It takes a lot to o what you guys did. That being said, how has the adjustment gone? Is your work life/pay better? What changes have you seen since unionizing?
