Sibling chances to get b2 visa

Hey everyone , thinking of getting my sibling tourist visa, she is studying her masters will be finished in 2027 September, my dad would be sponsoring her for the trip , she will only stay for 2 weeks and then go back India to complete her masters!
Did anyone got their sibling tourist visa approved ?
If so what are the questions asked by visa officer??

No name and dates showing-B2 visa appointment

No name under group names and no dates under consular posts are showing. Did anyone else have encountered this issue? I already paid the fees and was able to get through ofc appointment but nothing for consulate!!
