My first heavy TCAT since joining. What now?

I’m a WO Sup Tech who has worked in a small unit with an even smaller remote company in Norther Ontario. Been in for 14 years. I’m about to come home from deployment with a heavy TCAT that’s valid for 6 months. I want to contest the TCAT given the circumstances around my situation but that’s another story for later. In short they said I was suffering from severe anxiety and now I can’t drive, supervise, hold a weapon etc etc. it’s my first ever heavy TCAT. I’ve never ever ever dropped or failed a course, been injured or sent home from an exercise or tasking. Sharp in my whole career.

I am a class A reservist who hasn’t signed a class B yet because I just graduated university before getting deployed.

What was your personal experiences having a TCAT this heavy? Did it affect future deployment opportunities? Did it affect the ability to get a class B? Even though it’s not suppose to, did it affect your career progression? Were the councillors hard to deal with and kept holding you back even though you were sure you were going to be fine? I can already tell the difference with how people are personally treating me (like a bird with a broken wing) and it makes me feel isolated. I want to be realistically informed about what my future might look like.

Why is my stool always greenish yellow?

No matter what I eat my stool is always greenish yellow. It’s mostly solid, not loose. I’m just wondering what I’m missing because I’m afraid I’m not absorbing enough nutrients. I’m just crawling out of the Candida hole and it’s taking me a damn long time. This is day 22 in oral thrush recovery. I’m sure this has spread into my intestines. Does anyone else have this?

I did what the internet suggested and cut out sugar and carbs to get rid of this candida during swish and swallow Nystatin and it had been 15 days carb free and yesterday was by far my most favourite day. (Mostly) I thought I was out in the clear. Inside cheeks are improving. I had done everything right. Started with introducing quinoa for two days, then boil sweet potato for two days now yesterday introduced a bowl of steel cut oatmeal mixed with chia and coconut oil. (No reaction after eating that) I had no meat either just to be easy on the stomach. For dinner had some unseasoned lettus, red peppers cucumbers and raw onion. The onion irritated my underside of the tongue but it wasn’t unbearable last night. Just annoying. When I bruised my teeth it got worse. I thought leaving my mouth alone and going to bed would help it settle. Took the fourth day of oral probiotics 30 minutes before sleeping. I just woke up with an incredible swelling on the underside of my tongue. It’s spread to my lip at the front. My surface skin around my face and arms is starting to feel warm. Is it more die off effects? Or is this something I should be worried about?

I just woke up. (31F) This will be day 5 with no carbs at all. No potatoes, rice, pasta or carrots. Just dark veggies and proteins like eggs and chicken and sometimes beef. I think the Candida is subsiding a bit with the nystatin and these are the only things I can eat right now that don’t irritate my mouth. I’m just scared of ingesting the wrong things and triggering something else in the process. I took a break from any supplements at the moment for the last two days. Should I start oral probiotics now? Or wait until the nystatin is done? I have bladder irritation now too a new symptom. My pee has a greasy film on the top. Has anyone had this before? I’m afraid. My tongue is still white this morning and stays like this through the day and I’ve been taking the swish and swallow for a week now. Disregard the white bubbles on the bottom and side of the tongue that’s just my toothpaste. How long will this take?
