In my head if there are 2 solicitors working in the same solicitor firm - 1 for the buyer and 1 for the seller - they are more likely to stay on top of each other and make sure the sale goes ahead quicker

But is that still conflict of interest?

Have been looking at Woolwich 2bed flats for a while and loved this development when i went to see it in person

in exact same building, there are:

- 350k for 2 bed / 1 bath - exactly the same but i actually like the decor of this 325k better and no neighbours!

- 375k for 2 bed / 2 bath (50k+ for 1 more bathrom doesnt make sense??)

- 2x 400k for 2 bed / 2 bath

- 425k for 2 bed / 2bath

and the building next door is 1x 395k and 2x 400k flats for 2 bed 1 bath
