Can I get a shorter lease in exchange for increased rent? (Toronto, ON)
Not sure if this is the correct place to ask but I am looking for rentals and am wondering how common is it for landlords to accept a shorter lease (12 months to 9 months) in exchange for increased rent? (say $300/mth as a basepoint).
