Recommendations for a historical romance drama where the lead couple doesn't kiss?

Disclaimer: I'm FINE with kissing scenes in dramas, and have watched many dramas with kissing. But many of the romances that have left the biggest impression on me were the ones where there was no kiss, but the chemistry and bond feels just as strong. And there's something special about that.

I've watched just a few Cdramas where the lead couple didn't kiss:

Bloody Romance - loved the show, but hated the ending.

Key to the Phoenix heart - their love feels so pure and sweet

Word of Honor - I mean technically it's a bromance/censored BL, but I loved the leads' chemistry so much. The deep connection they had with one another gave me the warm fuzzies, no kissing needed!

What beautifully tragic death scene moved you in a drama?

What is your's?

For me it was Liu Yan's death in Whispers of Fate. He was one of the main villains through most of the show. Lou Yunxi and Alen Fang both acted their hearts out. Even after all of the terrible things Liu Yan did to Tang Lici (Lou Yunxi's character), and many others (he was partially manipulated, to be fair), he got a redemption arc and finally reconciled with Tang Lici. And in the end, both never really stopped loving each other 😭 My favorite friends-to-enemies-to-friends again arc 😭
