Please don't judge me for this question that I'm about to ask I just am genuinely curious and it is kind of an embarrassing question. I'm 100% Gi guy on the mats and here is my dilemma: to protect my legs from mat burn and to help protect me from ring work or staph I wear spats in addition to a rash guard. So, are spats supposed to be worn as is or should I put on underwear underneath the spats? Thank you and have a good day.
