[Landlord-US-OH] Brother in-law/technically now tenant refuses to stop being hostile.

The title may sound a little unreasonable but the information is more understandable. My husband and I agreed to let his brother, my brother in-law and his family (fiance and 3 year old) stay at our house for a two weeks so they could find an apartment. Two weeks turned into three months now. They started paying $200 per bedroom they use after the first month. We have told them multiple times that they needed to move out before they gained at-will tenancy. We are renting the house we live in and its against our lease to sublet, which they were informed of when they started staying here (we also asked them to leave do to them letting their 3 year-old abuse our animals that we now must keep in a small locked room to keep her away from them). They have now gain residency through mail without our permission. Our landlord has had to step in to help evict them, and they have finally agreed to move out. But they have become very hostile and have moved all of their things into the rest of our house to the point we can not use our kitchen or laundry room (we cant buy food because they have taken over our entire refrigerator, and they refuse to take their laundry out of our machines). Is there anything I can do while I wait for them to move out (in two weeks) so that we can use our own kitchen and laundry room again? I know that we can not move their belongings but is there anything we can do?

Side note: They have only paid $100 this month which covers what they didnt pay last month. But they are demanding it back. if it was for this month would we need to give it back since they have already been here for half of the month anyways?
