Best Italian Braised beef/oxtail

I've been using r/wien to plan 95% of my trip but there's one thing I really want to experience. When I was in Italy I had two dishes that stuck out to me. One was braised oxtail and another was a braised beef cheek in a dark brown sauce I had Florence. 98% of the search history talks about pasta and pizza but Im not sure which restaurant would have authentic braised meat.

Anyone know italian restaurants that serve good quality dishes like this? Sorry for another food question post.
