Any hobbies for people with skin conditions?

I have rlly bad eczema to the point where I’ve lost my ability to play sports, swim and my favourite: Gardening.

Basically it hurts a lot to move my arms and legs, occasionally the neck. Almost like salt on an open wound. Rain feels like acid too.

It’s been devastating but I really want to get busy with another hobby. Can anyone recommend anything? Just trying to discover and recognise myself again.

19M in london if any are location based. Thank you

What is the best JAK inhibitor (Tablets)?

Hey guys, severe eczema sufferer here. My main issue is honestly the itching and it’s relentless and affects my sleep, walking, concentration, everything.

I see my dermatologist soon and have been looking into JAK inhibitors like Rinvoq, Cibinqo and Olumiant, but I’ve heard some take ages to get NHS funding/approval depending on the area and dermatologist.

Which one would you recommend asking my dermatologist about if I’m looking for something effective for itch relief but also realistically quicker to access on the NHS? Would appreciate hearing your experiences.

Treatments I have tried: Steroid creams, Phototherapy, Cyclosporine, Protopic and pretty much every damn cream in my local boots store. 😊
