i have come here today to ask everyone who’s been living longer than me to share their wisdom on the art of properly getting rid of dust.

every weekend i am faced with a tedious task: dusting. somehow dust appears on my TV stands, my mirror, my shelves, my everything that it could possibly land on.

i’m beginning to feel defeated by the copious amount of dust that possesses my home. it’s an endless battle of wiping surfaces with swiffer pads, cleaning out my fans and air purifiers, vacuuming and swiffering my whole house. all in attempt to eliminate the threat: relentless dust.

please share some wise words if you have any on how to deal with this issue. i can see the dust in the air taunting me as i type this. help.

things i already do to prevent dust:
- have air purifiers
- multiple fans running
- open my windows during the daytime
- frequently dust shelves by wiping off the dust
