2022 SANTA FE TRANSMISSION

I purchased a CPO 2022 Santa fe Limited with 2.5 turbo engine in June of 2025. 23,000 miles on it. As of now, I have 37k on it. A few weeks ago I was driving and my check engine light went on and my car lost it's acceleration. I brought it to Hyundai, three days later they told me it needed a new transmission, fully covered under warranty plus they covered my rental. I picked it up a week later. Everything was fine the day I picked it up, then the next morning I went to drive it and I was having issues with the acceleration again, no check engine light. I brought it back on a Friday morning, they didn't look at it until Tuesday, then told me they could not duplicate the problem, and everything was fine. I picked it up Wednesday evening, and again, same issue Thursday morning, but drove fine the rest of the day. Then Friday, while making a 30 minute drive, it constantly dragged with the acceleration any time I stopped at a traffic light and started again. No check engine light, however the word "SMART" on my dash turned red. then back to white again. Also, I have noticed that when I shut the car off, you can hear the fan still running for a few minutes afterwards. Then it shuts off. I live in Florida, it is hot, but that has never happened before I took my car in. I am planning on bringing my car in again, but if they cannot "duplicate the problem", they aren't going to do anything, the I am stuck paying for my rental. I am tempted to just keep driving it until it totally dies or the check engine light goes on again. How long am I supposed to play this game of brining it back in and them not "duplicating the problem"?
