Infestation Advice
I'm having an absolute crisis since I'm posting this at 1am but I rent month to month and I live with roommates. Recently I've had to travel abroad for about 4 months. Everything was fine when I left but I came back to a huge cockroach infestation. The place looked like absolute hell - I'm talking about almost zero cleaning, dead roaches everywhere etc. I don't understand how my roommates let it get so bad. The landlord keeps getting us the gel and says it'll be enough but I don't think so. It's gotten to the point that if I could I would move out tomorrow.
I'm actually thinking of moving out but I love this place and it's really convenient for me. I'm just not sure what my rights are and if I can force the landlord to take more extreme measures?
