Is kalinga ias fraud and involved in seat selling in the past ??

I have heard from many people that kalinga ias is a scam institute and how they regret joining that academy. Also it sells seats and in 2020 batch exam (result in 2022) it had done a major fraud along with some politician. Is it true?? Please someone enlighten.
