2021 Dual Leaf Charging Issues

So when I brought home my leaf and the charger the charger was reading fault on all of my outlets. I got a 220v 30 amp dedicated outlet just for the charger and the charger is still reading fault with the power and ready lights flashing but it is managing to still charge but at a trickle rate. What could be the issue here? Is it a grounding problem with my house or a bad panel? The outlet is brand new and a dedicated 30 amp so I’m confused as to what it could be now. Please let me know if you have any insight that can help!

Bought this Leaf with 60k miles to save my truck from the every day work commute! It was listed for $12,800 and I was able to negotiate it down to $9k. Im stoked! I customized it a bit for fun and I’m really starting to love this car. I’ve driven my truck so much in the last year and was spending $400 a month on gas and wearing it down. This leaf has changed the game for me. The previous owner bought it new and never quick charged it so the battery life is still solid. Charging it at home with our solar and saving money on gas is the best feeling ever. Meanwhile my truck can rest and last many more years to come. Just wanted to share! Thanks Leaf!
